We are problem solvers. Each of our clients present us with a unique problem. We design and suggest solutions. There are four constraints we work within.
The Code
Budget
Schedule
Aesthetics
The Electrical Code always comes first.
The Code provides for your safety, and the safety of the people who come after you. You are our client, but so are the owners, tenants, customers, or tradespeople who show up after we leave.
We conduct ourselves in such a way as to respect all those people.
Budget, Schedule, and Aesthetics are constraints we prioritize together. If budget is the first priority we set reasonable expectations of what can be accomplished within that constraint. If schedule is the most important we agree on what that will cost and the aesthetics we can achieve. If aesthetics are the most important goal we want to be there alongside you, your architect or interior designer, and your general contractor to make sure we achieve that vision.
“You didn’t say ‘good’ though…”Section 110.12 of the 2023 National Electric Code says, “Electrical equipment shall be installed in a professional and skillful manner.” That’s good work, and the code comes first
